My good friend Tammy recently introducted me to HouseParty.com. It's safe to say, I've become addicted quickly! HouseParty is a great site that offers Free Parties for you to throw. When you are chosen to host these parties. About a week or 2 before you recieve what they call a Party Pack. This almost always comes with Samples, a gift, Invites and more.

I've applied for probably 4-6 parties since I started. I was chose to host my first party June 26th. I am hosting the Bull's Eye BBQ Party! I'm very excited. I love to grill outside and enjoy having friends over to hang out in the backyard! I'll blog more when I get my party pack. Hopefully post some pictures as well!

Need Help

I need Help...wow, that wasn't that hard!

Asking for help is something I hate to do! I love being independent, creative and a mom who does it all! But, I guess my creativitity has been lacking lately! I've recently started my own business and I'm in the process of finding a store front location. My problem is the name. It's current calling is "Rockin' It Country Designs". This has worked for a while but I just don't think it's Store material. So, that's why I am asking for help. I need a new name for the store. I think the RICD will still be our legal name, I just need a front name. I make Crosses,Cowgirl Chunky Jewerly, Picture Frames, Cowgirl Flip Flops and home decor signs. We are also making furniture and I would like to expand into Cowgirl Clothes.

So, to all my blog peeps, any ideas?

Wow, It's been Forever!

Wow, I can't believe it's been since October that I've updated my blog! Crazy how time flies. I really need to get better about blogging but by the time I get home from work, play with the kiddos, dinner, bath & bedtime. I'm exhausted.

Well I guess I'll update you on the kiddies first. Mr. K is now 28 months old! Let me tell you, the terrible 2s are here! For the most part Mr. K is a very good natured kid, but stubborn as all get out! When he doesn't want to do something, you will fight tooth & nail to get him to do it. He is becoming very independent. He wants to do most everything himself. I love his independence but then again it just reminds me how much he is growing up! 2 1/2 years and he'll be in school :( I can't even begin to think that far ahead!

Miss B. oh where to start with Miss B. She is 13 months old now, hard to believe! She is now walking and soon will be running. She is a little monkey, she will crawl and climb onto anything. Getting her to sit in her high chair thru dinner is a task itself. She is very vocal! Always gabbing, just like a little girl! Her fave things to say are Bye bye and bubba. She can also say Mama, but usually saves that for when she is getting mad. She loves riding in Mr. K's tractor with him. Which Santa brought for him on Christmas. It has a little trailer and she sits in it and they ride all over the place! I love those 2 with every thing I have!

Now, to myself. I just turned 27 ::YIKES:: yesterday! I really had a problem with 27 just because its 3 years to 30 and I am no where I thought I would be! But after talking with my sister, who is now back in the states, yay! I've come to realize I may not be where I wanted to be but I am exactly where I'm supposed to be! That's good enough for me! I'm still working in Mansfield for a CPA. I've also started making Jewerly and Crosses. I've even dabbled into some photography. I have another blog set up "Rockin' It Country Designs" I hope to get this updated and share with you some the new stuff I've been working on!

Well that's it for now! Hopefully it won't be 5 months before I blog again, oh the joys of Rockin' the Mommy thing Solo!!

Happy Pre-Friday

Seems like I only find time to blog on Thursday now! We are in the process of moving again. I know we just moved but this seems the right step for our family right now. The house we had bought has ended needing a lot more work than I can do by myself. My sister has agreed to take the payments over. Her and her roommate will do the work. It's a lot easier for her because she has someone else to help out. I just can't do that right now. So, we are making the move to Italy, Texas but before a stop in Mansfield. We are going to stay at my moms apartment with my aunt. My mom has already made the move to Italy with her boyfriend. But my house will not be ready until December. So we are staying in Mansfield until then. It's really nice being just 5 minutes from. They have a really nice playground here at the apartment for when the weather is nice. So, that's about it on the move.

Brynlee is a sitting up, crawling machine! She gets every where and fast! She tries to pull up on things but isn't ready just yet for that. And thats makes this mama Happy. She is just growing up way to fast! I'll probably have a little walker by Christmas! I went Halloween shopping last weekend. It's so hard to find cute costumes and we just dont have the money right now for custom ordered ones. So, I have settled with a Zebra costume for her. I didn't want her to be the typical Sunflower or pumpkin baby. Its a cute, simple costume but she has an awesome over the top Zebra & Hot Pink Bow! So, I can't wait for Halloween :D

Kolton is growing up fast too! He is smart and talks a little more each day! His favorite saying right now is "MINE!" and when he says he means it! He is still doing really good with Brynlee but now that she is on the move his is getting a little more possessive with his toys! But he's not being mean about it, so that good. We haven't finished his Halloween costume shopping yet. I can't decide between a Hobo or Race Car driver so we are making a trip to Party City this weekend to try them on!
